Choose a fixed-size glass partition panel
The range includes 250mm, 450mm and 900mm widths, with heights from 2040mm to 2690mm. Use the width and panel-height filters to narrow the list and compare the available sizes. Check the finished panel size required for your layout before ordering, because toughened glass cannot be cut or resized after manufacture.
Fixed-size or glass cut to size?
Fixed-size panels are a straightforward option when one of the listed dimensions suits your project. If you need glass manufactured to an exact width or height, use our glass cut-to-size range instead. Toughened glass panel for use in glass partitioning
Toughened to (BS6206/BS EN 12600)
If you are building your opening to suit these panels, make the opening 30mm taller than the panel and allow 5mm on either side of the panel for joining strips. Making the opening 30mm taller than the panel allows you to use a 38mm u channel on the ceiling and a 24mm u channel on the floor. You can then lift the panel into the top channel and lower it into the bottom channel, before inserting dry joins and fixing in place with gasket.
