Yes. Our kits without glass are for customers using their own glass supplier. There is no minimum order for channels, ironmongery or components.

Complete made-to-measure orders containing glass can be delivered in as little as 7 working days. Kits without glass are available on a next-working-day service when ordered before 12pm. Timing depends on the order and delivery route, so contact us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline.

We deliver across UK mainland through specialist glass delivery routes. A small number of remote or off-route locations may not be available, particularly for a single glass panel, so please check the postcode with us if you are unsure.

No. Payment is made in full when the order is placed and everyone receives the same trade price. This keeps the buying process and pricing straightforward.

Unless the quotation states otherwise, it is valid for 28 days and remains subject to availability.

Our systems use toughened safety glass. The calculator allows 10mm glass up to a 2600mm partition height and requires 12mm glass above 2600mm, up to the 3000mm maximum system height. These partitions are not fire rated.

10mm toughened glass weighs approximately 25kg per square metre and 12mm toughened glass weighs approximately 30kg per square metre. For example, a 2400mm × 900mm panel is about 54kg in 10mm glass or 64.8kg in 12mm glass.

Yes. Toughened glass panels are supplied with polished edges as standard.

The glass is made to its finished size, then toughened, so it cannot be cut or altered on site. Aluminium channel is supplied in 3 metre lengths and cut on site to suit the opening.

A frameless door keeps the glass line open and minimal but closes with clearances around the leaf. A framed door closes against an aluminium rebate, giving a more defined enclosure. See the photographs and full comparison in our framed versus frameless glass door guide.

Adhesive privacy or decorative film can be applied after installation. Full-height glazing and glass doors also need suitable manifestation markings at the required heights. We do not supply manifestation film, but our glass manifestation guide explains what to allow for.

Many customers arrange installation through their own contractor. The channel is fixed to the building first, gaskets are fitted into the channel, and the finished glass panels are positioned with clear dry joins between them. Use the glass partition fitting guide before measuring or starting work.

Yes, where the project and location are suitable. For an initial estimate, send the ceiling height, partition width, number of doors, site floor, parking or access information, and your preferred timing. A site survey is required before a final installation quotation.
