What personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- your name, company name, email address, telephone number, and delivery and billing addresses
- details of the products you have configured, quoted for, ordered, or enquired about
- measurements and site details you provide for made-to-measure products
- order history, payment status, and correspondence with us
- account login details if you create an account

We do not collect or store your full card details. Card payments are handled directly by our payment providers, who are independent data controllers for that information.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent or trade mailing lists.

How long we keep your data
- Order, invoice, and accounting records: seven years, to meet HMRC requirements
- Enquiries and quotes that do not become orders: two years
- Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
- Website account data: until you ask us to close the account
- Consent records: as long as required to demonstrate compliance, then deleted
International transfers
Some of our suppliers, including Google, process data outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, together with appropriate safeguards.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication on our email and administrative accounts, and restricting access to those who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and review them regularly.
