Configure Your Aluminium Door Frame
Configure a made-to-measure aluminium door frame for a single or double door opening. Choose the frame colour, enter either your opening size or existing door size, then select the door, hinges and handle options required for your project.
The frame can be ordered on its own or with a made-to-measure 10mm toughened glass door.
Which measurements should I enter?
If you know the size of your opening: select the opening-size option and enter the finished opening width and height. The frame will be manufactured to suit the opening.
If you already have a door: select the door-size option and enter the width and height of the door. The frame will be manufactured to suit that door.

Adding a Glass Door
When a 10mm glass door is selected, please enter the dimensions of the opening rather than the finished glass door size. The glass door is calculated to suit the completed frame.
The glass price is calculated from the dimensions entered and is added to the configured order price in the basket.
Door Handing
Door handing is required for single doors so that the frame and hardware are prepared correctly.
Hinges Left – Pull is the same physical handing as
Hinges Right – Push.
Hinges Right – Pull is the same physical handing as
Hinges Left – Push.
What Is Included?
Your order includes the made-to-measure aluminium door frame and the hardware selected during configuration. If a glass door is selected, the made-to-measure 10mm toughened glass door is also included.
Larger or Specialist Door Requirements
Online configuration is intended for openings up to 2500mm high. For larger openings, 12mm glass, transom arrangements or other specialist door configurations, please contact us before ordering.
