2740x3645mm Corner Glass Partition Kit

A 2740x3645mm corner glass partition kit covering 9.9m². The door sits centrally in the 2740mm front wall with a 895mm panel each side. The 3645mm depth wall has four 898mm panels, giving you a deeper room — enough space for a desk and a couple of visitor chairs, or a meeting table for 4.

What's in This Kit

Width wall (2740mm) — door centred:

• 1x 895mm glass panel each side of the door
• 1x 900mm frameless pivot door

Depth wall (3645mm):

• 4x 898mm glass panels

Hardware:

• 3x ceiling U-channel (3m lengths, 30mm profile)
• 5x floor and wall channel (3m lengths, 2-part)
• 16x fin gaskets
• 3x 180° dry joins
• 1x 90° corner dry join
• 1x 800mm guardsman handle
• 1x hydraulic self-closing floor hinge
• 1x blanking plate

All glass is 10mm toughened to BS6206/BS EN 12600. Panel heights are cut 25mm shorter than your selected ceiling height to allow for the channel depth.

Heights and Colours

Select your ceiling height from the dropdown above — 2050mm to 2700mm in 50mm steps. The price adjusts automatically. Channels come in Silver (RAL 9006), Black (RAL 9005), Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) or White (RAL 9010) at no extra cost. Door handle and hinges are satin stainless steel as standard, with a black upgrade option.

How It Goes Together

The two glass walls meet at a 90° corner joint. You mitre the channels at the corner (45° cut where they meet at 90°) but at wall abutments, cut the channels square; mitred cuts are required only at the 90° corner. Allow 15mm clearance next to walls and at corners, 4mm for each dry join between glass panels, and leave a 910mm gap in the floor channel where the door goes (900mm door plus 5mm clearance each side). The sizes above are finished tight opening sizes after flooring and wall finishes. The 30mm aluminium channels are supplied in 3m lengths and must be measured, cut and drilled on site. The toughened glass arrives at its finished size and cannot be cut or drilled during installation.
