Shipping & Delivery

So you’ve placed your order; just how long will it take to arrive? See below for the average amount of days it takes to ship a product to your door and the best time to contact our support team. Please note that custom made and special order items have variable lead times depending on the complexity of the glass and/or the manufacturer.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We aim to ship stock items within 7 business days. Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • The estimate above does not include manufacturing time - we need 7-10 business days to manufacture custom orders.
  • Where possible we will ship small items within 48 hours.

The vast majority of National Glass Partitions customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual time frames may however vary from region to region.

So when do you contact National Glass Partitions?  If you haven't received a phone call to book in a glass delivery within 7 days or your small item delivery hasn't arrived within 48 hours, you can call us on 0800 772 3992 and we will track your order.
  1. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. Standard delivery for small items and u channels is £29 and for orders containing glass, the shipping charge is £120. Surcharges apply to some areas of Scotland, contact us for details for your postcode. 

  2. Can I track my order?

    We rely on specialist fragile item couriers and shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, APC) as well as local postal services (Royal Mail) to get your order shipped as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

  3. Where does my order ship from?

    Orders are shipped from our depots in Crawley and Rugeley. You are welcome to collect from either depot by prior arrangement. If you would like to collect your order, please give us at least 24 hours notice to have your order picked and ready for collection. Please also ensure that the collection vehicle is suitable to carry the load of your glass partitioning and can carry 3m lengths if you are collecting u channel. Please note that our glass panels and glass doors are unpackaged and you will need to have suitable protection and support in your vehicle.
